I'm a retailer, and I'd like to carry your products in my store. Do you partner with retailers?

Absolutely. As strong as the internet is, there are still a lot of people who aren't online yet, or do not feel comfortable doing business online. It's vital to our success to get these products in front of people, so to answer your question; "enthusiastically, Yes !" Just e-mail or call us and let us know what you'd like to carry.

How do I place an order?

You can order online, but if you're not comfortable transmitting your personal information online, just print out our printable order form on your printer and mail it in along with a check or a money order. We do not currently have the ability to accept credit card orders over the phone.

When can I expect delivery?

We usually process all orders within two days, so the biggest delay will be in the shipping. We use either UPS Ground or the US Postal Service. Expedited delivery is available, but additional charges will apply.

Do you accept returns?

This is a digital process and all products are custom made. We don't warehouse an inventory of products. Due to the nature of this process, we are unable to accept returns. If an item is damaged in shipping, we'll be happy to replace it with the same item that was damaged. Just send back the damaged item and we'll make it right.

Do you offer framing services?

Not at this time

Do you offer custom sizes on your art prints?

Yes. As long as both sizes proportion out correctly, we can go up to 59 inches wide by unlimited length.

I have a postcard or photograph in my private collection I'd like you to produce. Do you offer this service?

Yes. As long as the photograph isn't copyright protected. For postcards, this means it has to have been published prior to 1952. If you need more information about how to date postcards, just send us an e-mail and we'll try our best to help you identify the year your card was published. Additional charges will apply for the scan and the restoration.

Do you sell the rights of use of your high res files?

Yes. The charge is $100 per image. You'll receive a CD with a Photoshop .eps file on it, between 20 and 30 megabytes. The CD will be formatted for either Mac or PC. We work in Macintosh.

What's the best way to contact you?

By e-mail. We check our e-mail several times a day. There's only the two of us, so we're either in the shop producing work or on the phone with someone else, so don't be disappointed if you get our voice mail. If you need to talk to us, please just leave a message and one of us will call you back as soon as possible.

Please explain this digital process and the mechanics of these products.

We've been doing wide format digital imaging for over a decade. In fact, we were one of the first to offer this technology to the Atlanta, GA area. We are professional graphic artists, and we have state of the art equipment and expertise second to none. We've perfected these products, and we use the best combination of inks and media available to give you the best product possible. For example, all of our art prints are printed on archival papers and with archival ultrachrome inks for an art print that will outlast our own life expectancy. For our nightlights, our lenses are printed onto a specialty film custom made for backlit graphics applications. This is not a line of products that an amateur is producing with a flatbed scanner and inkjet printers found at office supply stores.
